BridgeKit is a professional integration platform that allows users to connect and interact with third-party productivity tools including:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Fathom (meeting transcription)
- Instantly (email campaigns)
- Bison (data analysis)
The Service provides API access to these platforms through secure OAuth authentication and encrypted credential storage.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Payment and Subscriptions
- Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service
- Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BridgeKit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. User Data
- You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service
- You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service
- We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall BridgeKit, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service
11. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms
- You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- Data deletion follows the timeline specified in our Privacy Policy
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
